  Fresh cucumbers, sliced 2 ways, tossed in homemade sesame oil and tamari dressing with chili oil and garlic, topped with freshly sliced scallion and toasted sesame seeds.


CREOLE SHRIMP PASTA - 22

  Jumbo, butterflied shrimp tossed with fresh sweet corn, okra, red bell peppers, onions, garlic, and Cajun spices tossed with fresh bucatini pasta in a creamy alfredo sauce, served with crusty French bread.


COCONUT CURRY SALMON gf - 22

  Grilled Atlantic salmon steak served over steamed jasmine rice and sake steamed baby bok choy, finished with a mild red curry and coconut sauce, garnished with limes and fresh cilantro.


PORK MEDALLIONS gf - 22

  Hand-cut pork tenderloin medallions, seasoned and grilled, served over brown and wild rice with grilled asparagus, finished with a tart, cherry-red wine sauce.


JASON’S FLATBREAD PIZZA - 16
